Coriandrum sativum

Cilantro (fresh herb) is traditionally used in Mexico for its unique spicy flavour and can help relieve gas and nausea. It is also used for intestinal bacteria, viruses and diarrhea. Cilantro contains a high amount of chlorophyll and other antioxidants. It may also support heavy metal detox. This herb is native to Southern Europe, North Africa and Southwestern Asia. The dried seed is called coriander.
